In My Place Condemned He Stood
The doctrine of penal substitutionary atonement -- that Christ's death paid the penalty for our sins, and he died the death we deserved, bearing God's wrath instead of us -- is so crucial to evangelical, Biblical faith that I want to make available the best expositions and defenses of this truth that I am to find, including this one: "The Atoning Death of Christ on the Cross" by Dr. Seyoon Kim of Fuller Seminary
